We do not allow pets; however, service dogs are always welcome.


Cancellation Policy

All cancellations after 6 pm the day prior to arrival will be charged one night's lodging rate including applicable tax. Should you make any changes to your reservation, please have your confirmation number prepared when calling.

What times are check-in and check-out?

Check-in begins at 3:00 pm. If you arrive before 3:00 pm, you may check your luggage with Guest Services and enjoy all that the area has to offer until your room becomes available. Standard check-out time is 11:00 am.


Do you offer parking?

The H Hotel offers self-parking in our complimentary garage or outdoor parking lot. We also offer complimentary valet parking to all guests. The Front Desk can provide directions for self-parking and valet parking.


Do you have a fitness center on site?

Yes! The H Hotel has an on-site fitness center that’s accessible 24 hours a day.


Do you have a pool?

Yes! The H Hotel has a pool and hot tub on site, both accessible 24 hours a day.


Do you have an airport shuttle?

The H Hotel provides complimentary airport transportation to and from MBS International Airport with advanced reservations. To arrange your airport pick up and drop off, please call the Front Desk at 800-462-8042.


What is the minimum age to check in?

You must be 21 or older to check in at The H Hotel.


Do you allow smoking on property?

No. Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are not allowed anywhere on The H Hotel’s property, including the courtyard.
