What time is check-in & check-out?
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. If you arrive prior to 3:00 P.M., you may check your luggage with Guest Services and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the grounds until your room becomes available. Standard check-out time begins at 11:00 A.M. For all advance purchase reservations your deposit will be forfeited should you check out prior to your scheduled departure date.
What is your Pet Policy?
We do not allow pets, however, service dogs with proper documentation are allowed.
Do you offer guests airport transportation?
The H Hotel provides complimentary airport transportation to and from MBS International Airport with advance reservations. To arrange for your airport pick up please call the Front Desk at 989.839.0500.
What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations after 6 p.m. the day prior to arrival will be charged one night's lodging rate including applicable tax. Should you make any changes to your reservation, please have your confirmation number prepared when calling. For all advanced purchases, a deposit for the entire stay plus tax is due at time of making your reservation. A credit card is required at the time of booking.
