    Exciting new dishes are on the menu at Café Zinc. Order the Filet Mignon with crispy rosti potatoes, shaved Brussels sprouts, and rich bordelaise. Try the Lobster and Chorizo Skillet with Yukon potatoes, caramelized onions, heirloom tomatoes, and a perfectly poached egg. Or, keep it light with a Burrata Salad, featuring roasted plum tomatoes, toasted hazelnuts, prosciutto, and a fig vinaigrette. Experiment with new dishes and bond over fresh flavors this season.
